The vertical machining center DMC 64 V linear
by DECKEL MAHO, comes with an x-axis, a 12,000 rpm
motor-spindle, a tool magazine that can be equipped
parallel to production time for 30 tools, a spiral chip
conveyor, and bed flushing mechanism already in its
standard configuration, and thus offers an unparalleled
performance range for a machine in the compact class.
Compact, ergonomical, powerful, and with permanent
precision – with these characteristics the DMC 64 V
linear delivers convincing results, not only in
machine construction, the workshop, or production
technology, but also in tool-manufacturing and mold
construction.
The linear drive in the x-axis, with accelerations of up
to 0.5 g and rapid traverses of 70 m/min, guarantees the
highest machining dynamics and ensures extremely short
idle-times during pick-up tool-changes, or chip-to-chip
times of only 5 seconds, respectively.
With a work area of x-25.2 in., y-23.6 in., and z-19.7
in., it opens up numerous machining applications.
For the DMC 64 V linear, a number of additional
attractive options are available, such as a
motor-spindle with 8,000 rpm and 200 Nm torque for
performance milling, NC-rotary table, drill breakage
monitor, including tool length- and diameter measuring
via laser, as well as the coolant-thru-the-spindle
option, to name only a few. |
